Our nurses set up in your meeting room, vaccinate your team with properly stored vaccines, and hand HR the certificates and a report. In Bengaluru, Pune and Delhi.
Vaccines are kept at 2–8 °C in insulated boxes. Our nurse records the temperature with a photo when the box leaves and again when it reaches you.

Questions HR teams ask
What do you need from us on the day?
A room with a table and chairs, a place for people to sit for 15 minutes after their vaccine, and a point of contact. We bring the vaccines, insulated boxes, consumables and registration laptop.
How is pricing worked out?
Per employee, depending on the vaccine, the number of people and locations. We send a written quote with GST before you confirm.
Can employees' family members be included?
Yes. Many companies add spouses, children or parents. Tell us in the enquiry and we'll plan for it.
What happens if someone has a reaction?
Everyone is observed for 15 minutes after the vaccine. Our nurses are trained to recognise and manage immediate reactions and to arrange further care if needed.
What records do we get?
Each employee gets a digital vaccination certificate. HR receives a summary of who was vaccinated, with which vaccine and batch.
