Checks first
Prescription, age, past reactions, allergies, pregnancy and current illness are checked before every vaccine.
A vaccine only works if it has been stored at the right temperature the whole way. This is how we handle every dose.
Most vaccines must stay between 2 °C and 8 °C. Too warm and they lose strength; frozen, some are damaged permanently. Neither is visible from the outside.
Vaccines are kept at 2–8 °C in insulated boxes. Our nurse records the temperature with a photo when the box leaves and again when it reaches you.

Prescription, age, past reactions, allergies, pregnancy and current illness are checked before every vaccine.
New syringe and needle for every dose, gloves, and safe sharps disposal.
The nurse stays to watch for immediate reactions. People with a history of reactions are observed for 30 minutes.
Vaccine brand, batch number and expiry are recorded against each person.
Written consent for every person, or from a parent or guardian for children.
A digital vaccination certificate we send you after the visit.
